All comments and feedback submitted to Beurre Bakes should be directed to adam@beurre.my.

User shall agree that no comment(s) submitted to https://beurre.my/ will violate any rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy of other personal or proprietary right(s). Furthermore, the user shall agree there will not be content of unlawful, abusive, or obscene material(s) submitted to the site. The user will be solely responsible for any comment's content made.

 

Product Information

 

We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same as shown on your monitor, as this depends on the user's monitor and display settings.

 

Newsletter

 

User shall agree that https://beurre.my/ may send newsletters regarding the latest news, products, and promotions via email to the user.

 

Indemnification

 

The user shall agree to defend, indemnify, and hold https://beurre.my/ harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Any access to third-party sites linked from our website is at your own risk. https://beurre.my/ will not be held liable or involved in any dispute, damage, or loss resulting from your connection with any third-party site.

From time to time, there may be information on https://beurre.my/ that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product description, pricing, availability, and article contents. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or to change or edit information without prior notice to the customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchased product(s), please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy below.

 

Termination

 

This agreement is effective unless and until terminated either by the customer or https://beurre.my/. The customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, https://beurre.my/ may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will deny access to any customer who is unable to comply with the terms and conditions above.

 

Payments

 

All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, or other online payment methods.

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.


 

2. Shipping Policy

 

 

Shipping Address

 

We will only ship to the shipping address provided during your purchase. Please ensure your address, a reachable phone number, and email are all correct and complete.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and only to valid, legitimate shipping addresses.

We will not be liable in the event an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided. Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders that are returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt are not eligible for a refund or re-delivery.

 

Change in Shipping Address

 

If you have any request for a change of shipping address, please email us immediately at Adam@beurre.my within 2 hours of your order submission. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after this window, as your order may already be in production.

 

Processing & Shipping Time

 

  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, it typically takes our courier partner between 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) for goods to arrive at your destination.

 

Tracking Number

 

Once your order is picked up by our shipping partner, the tracking ID will be sent to you via email/SMS. You can use this to monitor your delivery.

We reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time if deemed necessary, without prior notification.


 

3. Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that plans can change. As our cookies are baked fresh to order, we have a very limited window for cancellations.

  • We require a cancellation request to be submitted by emailing us at adam@beurre.my within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • Once our bakers have started preparing your order (which may begin shortly after the 2-hour window), we are unable to process a cancellation.

  • If your cancellation is approved within this 2-hour window, a full refund will be initiated.

 

Refund & Replacement Policy

 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns.

We are committed to quality and ensuring you receive what you ordered. We will issue a refund or replacement only for orders that meet the following criteria:

  1. Failed Delivery: The order never arrived at the provided address.

  2. Wrong Order: The items received do not match the items on your order confirmation.

  3. Damaged Order: The cookies arrived significantly damaged (e.g., crushed, packaging compromised) during the delivery process.

 

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

 

  • This policy is only applicable to orders purchased directly from https://beurre.my/.

  • Any products purchased through third-party retailers (e.g., local cafes, event partners) are not eligible for this policy and must follow the respective retailer's policy.

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for issues related to personal taste preferences.

 

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

 

If your order falls into one of the three categories above (Failed, Wrong, or Damaged), you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please email us at adam@beurre.my with the following information:

  1. Your full name and Order Number.

  2. A clear description of the issue.

  3. Clear photographic evidence of the wrong or damaged items and the shipping box. This is required for us to verify the issue.

We reserve the right to reject any refund or replacement request that does not meet our policy requirements, is submitted after the 24-hour window, or is deemed unreasonable.

 

Refund Processing

 

Your refund or replacement will be processed once we have received your email and verified the issue with the provided photos.

  • Once your request is approved, the full refund for the affected items will be initiated.

  • The method of refund will depend on your original payment method:

    • For Online Bank Transfer / FPX: Full refunds will be credited into your bank account via online bank transfer, which should be posted within 3–5 working days.

    • For Credit Card refunds: Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank. Kindly contact your card-issuing bank regarding the duration of the credit refund, as this is beyond our control.
