Are your treats baked fresh daily?
We go beyond standard daily baking. Our treats are baked exclusively to order. They do not exist until your order is placed, ensuring that what you receive was made specifically for you and not for stock.
How does the vacuum-sealing process guarantee freshness?
How long do the goods last after I receive them?
- Sealed: The treats remain fresh for up to 14 days at room temperature or up to 30 days when refrigerated.
- Once opened: We recommend consuming them within 3-4 days for the best experience.
What is your standard shipping time
Once your order is dispatched, our courier partner typically takes between 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday) for the goods to arrive at your destination. You will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS once your order is picked up.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to our commitment to baking fresh to order, we have a very limited window for changes:
- To change or cancel your order, you must email us immediately at adam@beurre.my within 2 hours of placing your order.
- We cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations after this 2-hour window, as your order may already be in production.
What if I provide an incorrect shipping address?
Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email are correct and complete at checkout. We are not liable for orders that are returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, and these orders are not eligible for a refund or re-delivery due to the perishable nature of our products.
What is your Refund/Return Policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns. We will only issue a refund or replacement if the order falls under these specific criteria: Failed Delivery (never arrived), Wrong Order (incorrect items received), or Significantly Damaged Order during transit.
How do I report a damaged or incorrect order?
If your order qualifies (Failed, Wrong, or Damaged), you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please email adam@beurre.my with your full name, order number, and clear photographic evidence of the issue and the shipping box for verification. Requests submitted after the 24-hour window may be rejected.
